Record & Mugshot Removal Policy – JAIL INMATE SEARCH 2026

At JailInmateSearch.org, we respect privacy rights and comply with applicable laws regarding public records.
We will remove records and mugshots only when official documentation proves that the case has been legally resolved in one of the following ways:
- Expungement or Sealing of the record
- Acquittal, Dismissal, or Not Guilty verdict
- Pardon or other official clearance
Removal Request Process
- Submit your request via email to radheinfotech32@gmail.com with subject line: “Removal Request”.
- Include the following:
- Full name and date of birth of the subject
- Booking number, case number, or arrest date/location
- Clear scanned copies or PDFs of official court documents proving expungement, sealing, acquittal, dismissal, or pardon
- Your relationship to the subject (if not the subject yourself) and proof of authorization
- We will review the documentation within 7–10 business days.
- If approved, the record and associated mugshot will be permanently removed from our site.
Important Notes
- We do not remove records simply because someone requests it without legal basis.
- Mere completion of sentence, probation, or time served does not qualify for removal.
- Incomplete or unofficial documentation will result in denial.
- We do not charge fees for valid removal requests. Beware of third-party “reputation management” services claiming otherwise.
